Troy Casey first started working for Rio Tinto Energy, he worked for them for almost 15 years in Wyoming. Was responsible for fastest production assemblies still to this day. He started Crossroads in 2016. He had great ambition to own and operate his own business, he enjoys getting in and working with his team. Lead by example by setting the expectations from a hands-on perspective. His team respects him for working shoulder to shoulder with them.

Crossroads started getting busier, so Troy hired more technicians to be able to keep up with demand. Crossroads started working in the field for some oil field service companies and showed high quality work. Which in return developed a working network with other oilfield service companies as well as construction companies. 

 Troy is providing continuous training for his team's improvement due to evolving equipment updates. Crossroads team will stand behind the service they provide with integrity, and continue to provide high quality service. Crossroads plans on expanding in the future and continue providing outstanding service to their customers.
