Over the years, due to our success and growing reputation, Crossroads started getting busier, so Troy hired more technicians to be able to keep up with demand. Crossroads started working in the field for some oil field service companies and produced excellent results. That, in turn, developed a reputable network with other oilfield service companies and construction companies. Today, we’re the go-to for mining, construction, and agriculture vehicle maintenance.  

 Troy Casey first started working for Rio Tinto Energy, he worked for them for almost 15 years in Wyoming. Was responsible for the fastest production assemblies to this day. He started Crossroads in 2016. He had great ambition to own and operate his own business, and he enjoys getting in and working with his team. He leads by example by setting expectations from a hands-on perspective. His team respects him for working shoulder-to-shoulder with them. 

 Troy is continuously providing training for his team's improvement due to evolving equipment updates. The Crossroads team will stand behind the service they provide with integrity, and continue to provide high quality service. Crossroads plans on expanding in the future and continuing to provide outstanding service to our customers.
